INLINE HOMOGENIZE PUMP, EMULSIFIER MIXER
Pipeline emulsifier pump also called inline homogenize mixer. It combined emulsifying homogenize and pump function. The blades on the rotor create a centrifugal force that cuts the material as it passes through slots on the stator. Rotor speed control via VFD. No mass lump formation. Inline pipeline keeps material free from excess air.
It is easy to use and connect to a liquid tank, mixing kettle or a filling machine hopper. It has multi working applications for cosmetics, food sauce, pharmaceutical, chemical liquid and powder & liquid emulsions.
◆ Connect to a mixing tank, work as a circulation homogenize pump.
◆ Hopper feeder can be equipped to add and mix powder into liquid.
◆ Pre-mix some ingredients then transfer it to the main mixing tank.
◆ Work as a self-pumping homogenize machine.
◆ Work with a separate transfer pump for high viscosity liquids.

One of our customers use our homogenize pump to work with a large scale mixing kettle 5000L per batch. We provide homogenize pump 30KW. The 5000L kettle has mixing and scrapper function, the homogenize pump connect to a lobe pump provide enough power to do liquid flow cycle inlines.
Options: Equip a trolley. Equip a hopper to add some powder ingredients. Equip a work table to add powder ingredients.
