BMF is vertical style, pneumatic air pressure power, eco-friendly and economic liquid filling machine. It suits for small batch filling process, stable working, easy to operate, filling range adjustable. And, the filling nozzle is replaceable, can fill liquids into bags, bottles, jars and different containers. Support thick liquids, cream, lotion, even toothpaste.
The hopper can be equiped with heater and mxier devices(optional), for some products suce as hot food sauce, lipstic and mascara kind of liquids etc. Filling during heating and mixing.
If you don't need the heating and mixing function upon the hopper, the filling machine only requires air power
around 0.6Mpa stable working pressure. (We can equip small air pressure machine device for you).
It can also equip a automatic pneumatic loading pump, see the photo below. There is a level sensor inside of the hopper, when it detects the liquid level is down to it, the sensor will automaticly feedback to the loading machine and re-fill the liquid/ cream to the hopper. we can also equip cover to the hopper to keep clean, and connect the loading pipe through the hope side (hole). This will ensure the product all cycle inside of the machine and pipelines for high requirements. Now days, many factory environments are very good with clean air and dust free devices, some customers still choose the way to refill from the top, easy to see the re-fill process is working properly.
