The Below project photo is BVM-1 liters vacuum emulsifying mixer shipped to Myanmar client. It uses transparency glass kettle with two layers - one jacket for hot/chill water circulation. Equip a BHC-1 heat and chill two-in-one machine, provide either hot water or chill water to the kettle jacket, satsify the setup temperature.

Vacuum system also equiped through a small oil type vacuum pump. The kettle cover uses electic lift up and down, kettle body support tilt and bottom discharge.

Homogenizer 8,000~30,000 rpm. Scraper mixer 0~200 rpm. Vacuum up to -0.08 mpa. Heat up to 99 degree (use water circulation). If use heat oil circulation, the temp reaches over 150C.
