BVM - 200L Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer Machine

BVM-200L main kettle volume is 200 liters, the best suit working capacity ranges from 60L ~ 160 liters. Three layers stainless steel kettle with heating system. Vacuum function reduce bubbles during the product mixing process. Water and oil tank optional (pre-mix tanks).

BVM series vacuum emulsifying mixing system is still the most widely used model in daily use chemical industry. It is the upgrade version of BH series simple homogenizer. The vacuum emulsifier mixing kettle is multifuctional optional- Heating system, vacuum system, water and oil pre-mix tanks, lift up and down the cover, and even scraper kettle wall clean mixer for sticky prducts. Those functions make the machine suit for comlicate production purpose, widely liquid emulsion product appliable. Volume Capacity various from 1 liter to 5,000 liters or even larger.
