Berbica BVM Small Scale Batch Production Vacuum Emulsify Mixer Machine is standard production kettle style which was widely used in Cosmetic, food and pharmaceutical industries.

BVM-30L main kettle volume is 30 liters, the best suit working capacity ranges from 10L ~ 25 liters. Three layers stainless steel kettle with heating system. Vacuum function reduce bubbles during the product mixing process. Water and oil tank optional (pre-mix tanks).

BVM series vacuum emulsifying mixing system is still the most widely used model. It is the upgraded version of BH series easy stand homogenizer. You can see it is multifuctional or optional- Heating system, vacuum system, water and oil pre-mix tanks, lift up and down the cover, and even scraper kettle wall clean mixer for sticky prducts. Those functions make the machine suit for more comlicate production process, widely liquid emulsion product appliable. Volume Capacity various from 1 liter to 5,000 liters or even larger.
