We have both glass kettles and stainless kettles, glass one only applies to small lab use kettles, which you can see through to know the formula mixing test status. Since the glass only can be made in a single layer, it doesn't support a heating function.
Stainless steel is widely used for both laboratory kettle and large-scale batch production mixer machines. We can make the kettle with three layers, support heating function and keep warm, cooling and temperature control system.
BVM series vacuum emulsifying mixing system is still the most widely used model. It is the upgrade version of BH series easy stand homogenizer. You can see it is multifuctional or optional- Heating system, vacuum system, water and oil pre-mix tanks, lift up and down the cover, and even scraper mixer to clean the kettle wall during mixing, which make sure the product is mixed well. Those functions make the machine suit for more complicate production process, widely liquid emulsion product applicable. Production Capacity various from 1 liter to 5,000 liters or even larger of OEM design.
