Berbica BVM Small Scale Batch Production Vacuum Emulsify Mixer Machine is standard production kettle style which was widely used in Cosmetic, food and pharmaceutical industries.

BVM-50L main kettle volume is 50 liters, the best suit working capacity ranges from 15L ~ 40 liters. Three layers stainless steel kettle with heating system. Vacuum function reduce bubbles during the product mixing process. Water and oil tank optional (pre-mix tanks).

BVM series vacuum emulsifying mixing system is still the most widely used model. It is the upgrade version of BH series easy stand homogenizer. You can see it is multifuctional or optional- Heating system, vacuum system, water and oil pre-mix tanks, lift up and down the cover, and even scraper mixer to clean the kettle wall during mixing, which make sure the product is mixed well. Those functions make the machine suit for more complicate production process, widely liquid emulsion product applicable. Production Capacity various from 1 liter to 5,000 liters or even larger of OEM design.
