EPP-5/15W is a very ideal laboratory emulsifier applied to mayonnaise, salad etc food sauce, and cosmetic cream lotion etc which require high-end emulsifier process for small scale capacity and laboratory R&D research process. It equips with DBI-W emulsifying system - which is also our latest homogenizer cycle system, high efficiency to mix one batch mayonnaise in 2 minutes, suit for high thick products for example over 75% percentage of oil in mayonnaise production. 

-EPP-5/15 W, kettle volume can be 5 /10 / 15 liters for option. 

-Emulsifier Capacity 3~ 10 liters.

-Botton inner homogenizer system speed 0~6,000 rpm. 3KW.

-Paddle and scraper mixer 0~45 rpm. 0.22KW

-Kettle cover electric control lift up and down, support side move around. 

-Oil phase material pot equipped. 

-PLC & Touch screen built-in control system. 

-Vacuum pump & display gauge equipped. 

-Three layers kettle, two jackets, support steam heating or hot water cycle for heat and chill down. 

-SUS316L for contact material, SS304 for the rest.
