1. Summary

BAP Air piston pump is a new design pump style, it is with high pressure so can transfer high viscosity lotion/cream. The pump use compress air power only, also be widely used in some locations even require explosion-proof. It can be used to transfer various products, also good to be used as a product feeding & loading pump. For example refill liquid products to your filling machine hopper, can set it in automatic combine a level sensor.

2. Berbica air pump works principles.

“Pressure air power”brings different “pressure” when it works in different area of thrust surface. The air pump transfers “air forces”into “bigger fluid power”, the fluid flows following the right direction

The pump includes two main parts--”Air motor”and “Pump Piston”. The ratio between air power into fluid power, is depend on the cross-sectional area ratio between “air motor piston” and “pump piston”, the higher ration with higher power transaction.
